Site9, the developer of ProtoShare, the popular collaborative prototyping platform for website wireframes and web application development, announced that technology veteran and company investor Bob Wiggins has joined the company as its new CEO.

Portland, Ore. – November 2, 2011 – Site9, Inc., developer of ProtoShare, the industry's fastest growing collaborative prototyping platform for websites and web applications, today announced that Bob Wiggins, managing partner of Mount Hood Equity Partners, LP, an investor in the company, has joined Site9 as its new chief executive officer. Wiggins has been the company’s chairman, and will retain that title.

Wiggins served as president of BLT Technologies, a pioneer in pre-paid communications, and as chairman and CEO of Legal Anywhere, Inc., a provider of collaboration software for the legal profession. He has also served as a director of numerous Pacific Northwest companies, including Learning.com, Veris Industries, Routeware, Inc., Marketsync, Inc., and DealPlanner. Wiggins will remain as managing partner of Mount Hood Equity Partners.

Andrew Mottaz, founder of Site9, becomes the company’s president and chief technology officer.
