    A licensed user is a ProtoShare user that can create and edit prototypes, post creative content, create and configure iFrames, and review and comment on the project. There are four (4) different levels of licensed users, with different access permissions (Developer, Project Manager, Company Manager, & Billing Manager).

    Each ProtoShare plan comes with a set number of licensed users. If needed, you can add up to five (5) additional licensed users per plan, at a cost of $20.00 per licensed user. Additional users are added in your ProtoShare billing settings.

  • Reviewers

    Reviewers are unlimited in ProtoShare. Reviewers can be clients or internal team members. Share your work with anyone, anywhere in the world, with just a click of a button. ProtoShare reviewers can access and comment on dynamic prototypes to which they are invited. Reviewers collaborate with licensed users, but they can not edit any work or access any of the prototyping functionality of ProtoShare.

  • Active Projects

    Active Projects are unlimited in the Network and Team ProtoShare plans, and set at ten (10) in the Personal plan. Create and collaborate over wireframes, website prototypes, newsletters, e-mails, creative and design work, or any kind of interactive project that needs prototyping and collaboration. You can even use a project like a wiki, post ideas and concepts and pass out the URL to people with whom you want to generate discussion. Pages in active projects will count toward your plan's page total.

  • Archived Projects

    Archived Projects are unlimited in the Network and Team ProtoShare plans, and set at 35 in the Personal plan. When you have finished a project, but want to keep it accessible for the next time it needs work or revisions, just archive, and re-activate, with one click. Archiving projects is a good way to keep within your plan's active page limit because archived pages don't count toward the allotment. However, content in archived projects does count toward your plan's storage.

    Active Pages are pages associated with your active projects. Pages in archived projects do not count toward your active pages count. If you need to add active pages beyond your plan's allotment, you can add in packages of 100 for $8.00 in your ProtoShare billing settings.

    Storage is the amount of disk space you have to store your projects. Content and assets in both active and archived projects count toward your plan’s storage space. If you need storage beyond your plan's allotment, you can add more in one (1) Gb increments at $5.00/Gb in your ProtoShare billing settings.

  • How does the 30-day FREE Trial work?

    Site9, Inc offers you a free, 30-day trial of the ProtoShare plan you select. This is a risk-free trial to evaluate the benefits of ProtoShare. No contracts. No fees. No problems. If you cancel anytime within 30 days of the start of your free trial, you will NOT be charged. For more details, see the ProtoShare billing policy.

  • Why do you need my credit card for a free trial?

    For you to effectively evaluate the benefits of ProtoShare, we offer a free, no-risk 30-day trial. However, it costs us to provide the service, and we must limit the trial to one per qualified customer. Your valid credit card verifies you as a qualified, sincere customer. We do not charge your credit card when you sign-up for the trial; your number is merely verified as legitimate and approved. Also, having your credit card on file ensures uninterrupted service when your trial ends.

    If you work for a company or agency that uses purchase orders (PO), please contact our sales department about setting up your free trial.

  • How many people can use ProtoShare?

    ProtoShare has two kinds of users: Reviewers and Licensed Users. All plans have unlimited Reviewers. Reviewers do not count as Licensed Users. Licensed Users are limited by the plan you select. There is no limit on how many people can simultaneously access ProtoShare, but Page and Template editing are intended as single user activities.

  • How safe and secure is my work?

    ProtoShare uses industry-standard SSL security, similar to eCommerce sites, financial institutions, and other secure web-based (SaaS) software solutions. All of your work, including the interactive wireframe, are password-protected and require a login to access. Additionally, a national IT service provider, in a certified safe and secure environment, hosts and backs up all of your data.

  • Can I change plans at any time?

    You can switch plans at any time. There are no contracts. To switch plans, go into your ProtoShare billing settings, and select the new plan you want. Please Note: When you upgrade your plan, the cost difference between the plans is billed as an adjustment for the remainder of your existing billing cycle.

  • How do I cancel my account?

    You can easily cancel your account within ProtoShare. To cancel your account, select Billing (Under Account in your ProtoShare site), and in the plan details section, you'll see the "Cancel My Account" link. Click this link to begin the cancel process.
