Bugs Fixed
- Tree-view: Cannot activate state links in component
- Sytem: Password reset can be ignored in certain situation
- Export / Firefox: File downloaded has name of "Export" and has no file extension
- Export History: Browse link reappears for unpublished exports
- HTML Export: Images referenced through input type="image" tags in HTML sandbox component not included
- HTML Export progress bar is broken
- System: Forgotten Password page always displayed after logging in if it's ever been loaded
