      Editors

      Create wireframes, prototypes, comps—whatever needs to be reviewed. Editors are typically Information Architects, User Experience Designers, Web Designers and Developers and Graphic Artists, but can be anyone. Your plan determines the number of Editors you have.

      Reviewers give feedback on prototypes and can often be the decision makers. ProtoShare has an easy-to-use, uncluttered reviewer interface.

      The number of Reviewers you can have is unlimited, but the number assigned to each project is determined by your plan. Editors also have access to the Reviewer interface, and do not count against your Reviewer total.

      Projects can be full website prototypes, a series of linked design comps, or even a new email newsletter layout. You don't need to choose which projects get done with ProtoShare because you have unlimited Projects.

  • How does the 15-day FREE Trial work?

    Site9, Inc offers you a free, 15-day trial of the ProtoShare plan you select. This is a risk-free trial to evaluate the benefits of ProtoShare. No fees. No problems. If you cancel anytime within your 15-day free trial period, you will NOT be charged. For more details, see the ProtoShare billing policy.

  • How many people can use ProtoShare?

    There is no limit on how many people can use or simultaneously access ProtoShare, but Page and Template editing are intended as single user activities. ProtoShare offers different privilege levels for users, from Reviewers to Editors to Billing managers. For more information on user levels, see the ProtoShare User Guide.

  • How safe and secure is my work?

    ProtoShare uses industry-standard SSL security, similar to eCommerce sites, financial institutions, and other secure web-based (SaaS) software solutions. All of your work, including the interactive wireframe, are password-protected and require a login to access. Additionally, a national IT service provider, in a certified safe and secure environment, hosts and backs up all of your data.

  • How do I cancel my account?

    You can easily cancel your account within ProtoShare. To cancel your account, select Billing Info (from the dashboard in your ProtoShare site), and in the plan details section, you'll see the "Cancel My Account" link.
