Collaborate Through the Entire Process

Why stop at just prototyping or wireframing? With ProtoShare, you can collaborate and work through the entire development of your interactive project. A powerful feature of ProtoShare is the ‘Multiple Designs per Page’ filmstrip. The options available are: ‘Wireframes’, ‘Comps’ and ‘Live Views’.

Projects can begin in ‘Live Views’ with teams brainstorming over live websites. Place discussion pins over any part of a site to generate conversation and get feedback and ideas from the team. Because ‘LiveView’ is a ProtoShare iFrame component, it also works well with bringing in surveys, docs, or any other web-based solution that is used on the project.

When the project calls for creative design, continue with ProtoShare. With ‘Comps’, the art department can upload creative designs and comps, as images (JPEG, GIF, PNG) or Flash, for comment and review, just like the wireframes. Upload, test, and refine as many art comps as needed.

In addition to serving as a dynamic project spec for the coding team, ProtoShare also makes sure the project under development conforms to the approved spec. Use ‘Live Views’ to pull in the website or web application that’s under construction, and compare it to the approved spec. Stakeholders and teams can comment and review right on the project as it’s in progress, catching mistakes or misunderstandings much earlier.
