ProtoShare Selected by 3M Corp as Worldwide Interactive Development Tool

Web-based collaborative prototyping tool to help maintain consistent branding on interactive platforms in 84 countries.

PORTLAND, ORE, July 24, 2009 – Site9, a leading developer of collaborative web development software, today announced the selection of their web-based ProtoShare tool by the 3M Corporation, a Fortune 100 technology and manufacturing company. ProtoShare was selected for worldwide prototyping and collaboration on 3M interactive projects.

Both 3M and their interactive marketing vendors will use ProtoShare to create and collaborate on website content across multiple global locations. ProtoShare will help management maintain consistent branding across all worldwide websites, while also giving the local teams the flexibility to customize. Additionally, because ProtoShare is a web-based collaborative tool, it will provide a global platform for a real-time global conversation between all offices and vendors, making for quicker decisions and better understanding between all parties.
