Free 30-day ProtoShare Trial

Site9, Inc offers you a free, 30-day trial of the ProtoShare plan you select. This is a risk-free trial. If you cancel anytime within 30 days of the start of your free trial, you will NOT be charged.

After the 30-day trial period

The first day after the 30-day trial period, Site9 will bill your method of payment (credit card or approved purchase order) for the applicable period of the ProtoShare plan you selected. The day of the month on which your plan begins billing will be the day on which you are invoiced in the following periods.

Cancelling

You can cancel your account anytime. There are no cancellation fees, and no hidden charges. Please Note: with monthly billing, you must cancel your account before your monthly renewal date, or you will be invoiced for the entire month. There are no partial credits. For example, if your account renews on 2 December, and you cancel on 4 December, you will have paid for the entire month of your plan. If you cancel your account on 1 December, it will be deactivated before the monthly renewal date, and no more billing will result. Sorry, but we do not offer refunds.

Switching Plan

During your free 30-day trial, you can upgrade or switch your ProtoShare plan without any charges.

Upgrading plans after the free trial period will result in an immediate pro-rated charge for the billing period in which you upgrade.Downgrading your plan will take effect with the next invoice.
