ProtoShare provides a single source for reviewing and storing all feedback and specifications on your projects. You can do away with storing emails and hard copies for documentation. ProtoShare is the easy and compact way to store feedback. ProtoShare gives you a variety of options:

• Archive projects: Archive a project if it is finished or on hold. An archived project cannot be edited or viewed, and it does not count against your plan limit. To work on an archived project, simply make it active.
• Automatic email notifications: Feedback is automatically emailed to all project stakeholders. Opt-in/opt-out at any time to control the volume of email.
